1. General Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the jay9a platform ("Platform", "we", "us") and its users ("you", "user"). These terms apply to the jay9a.cam website and all associated services.

5.2 VIP and Cashback Program

jay9a has three VIP tiers. You can move up to a higher tier through regular play:

• Bronze: weekly cashback up to 0.3%
• Silver: weekly cashback up to 0.7%
• Gold: weekly cashback up to 1.0%

jay9a reserves the right to change VIP tier benefits, cashback amounts and terms at any time. VIP benefits are non-transferable.

• Order from a court or regulatory authority
• Extended inactivity (more than 12 months)

8.2 Closure by the User

9. Limitation of Liability

In any circumstance, jay9a's maximum liability will be limited to the original amount of the disputed transaction.
